You could say that Accardo Real Estate started in 2001 when Maria embarked on her real estate journey as a real estate agent. From the outset, Maria's exceptional interpersonal skills shone through, earning her clients' trust and admiration. Her outstanding abilities were quickly recognized, and her company offered her various brokerage capacities, despite her being new to the industry. Even as she built a thriving real estate sales business, Maria managed to excel in a range of roles, including Manager of incoming REALTORs, Director of Career Development, recruiter for new agents, and a pre-licensing instructor for prospective new real estate agents for the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission.
Fast forward to 2010. Maria's success in the field inspired her son Philip to follow in her footsteps. He has since become a highly skilled and accomplished real estate agent with an impressive track record of over 13 years of experience. Phil's unique advantage in the industry lies in his passion for technology, which enables him to offer clients a comprehensive and modern approach to buying and selling homes. Presently, Maria and Phil combine their wealth of knowledge and experience to boast a remarkable 30 years of combined real estate experience, having sold more than 900 homes.
In 2020, Maria and Phil Accardo founded the Accardo Real Estate Team amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. One of the main drivers for starting the team was their belief in the effectiveness of a team model for running a real estate sales business, especially given the direction of the industry. The team's vision is to become the leading real estate group in York County, catering to the needs of sellers, buyers, and individuals seeking comprehensive support and success on a dynamic and innovative team.
The team operates under five core values, which are integral to their operations: integrity, teamwork, balance, generosity, and innovation.
